Yaki Sushi Nori 10 sheets

1. Place a slice of seaweed on a bamboo mat and spread about 1 cup of sushi rice evenly over two-thirds of the seaweed surface. Place other ingredients in the middle (salmon, tuna, radish, etc …)

2. Start rolling the bamboo mat by holding the ingredients in the middle with your fingers. Wrap the pad and press it lightly with both hands.

3. Remove the roller from the mat and cut it into wheels with a slightly dampened knife.
